Dice Commander is a virtual box of six-sided dice. You may have up to twelve dice with which to play. All of the dice may be rolled at one time or a subset of the dice may be selected for rolling. This capability allows you to play games such as Yahtzee, where you may want to keep some of the dice and select others to be re-rolled. You may choose from a variety of colorful and dynamic indicators that are used to show which dice you have selected. The color of the table may be changed to your liking. The dice may be dragged around and repositioned on the screen with your fingers. When the dice are rolled, they simulate the behavior of actual dice being tossed onto the table. Realistic physical interactions make the dice seem more natural. The rolling dice even sound like real dice tumbling across a table. Dice Commander comes in handy when you would like to play a dice game, but you don t have space to throw real dice. It also saves you from having to locate dice that get away from you. It will also save your table from damage that real dice may cause. If you d like to be able to roll dice in a quiet fashion, the sound may be turned off and you will be able to roll in complete silence.
